The Bishop of Krishnagar is the President of the governing body, the Parish Priest of Catholic Church, Ranaghat (Begopara) is the Secretary and the Asst. Parish Priest of Catholic Church, Ranaghat is the Principal of the school.

Indian Certificates School Examination (ICSE) curriculum is followed in all the sections.
